Jason Kidd doesn’t resemble the player he was in his prime,
as the 40-year-old was scoreless over his final 10 games of the season. Still,
the New York Knicks are expecting him to return next season, and general
manager Glen Grunwald believes he’ll be a “big contributor,” according to Ian Begley of ESPN New York.
"We had a great meeting with Jason yesterday. We hope he's going to be back and from his comments to us we expect him to be back next year and he'll be a big contributor to the team like he was this year," Grunwald said on ESPN New York 98.7 FM on Tuesday after meeting with Kidd.
