Miami Heat guard Mario Chalmers suffered a shoulder injury during the team’s Game 2 loss to the Indiana Pacers. Despite the injury, Chalmers was not only able to suit up, but he was also an effective presence for the Heat during their Game 3 blowout win over Indiana.
Chalmers suffered his shoulder injury while fighting through a David West screen in Game 2. He continued to play through the injury, but it seemed to impact his performance.
After scoring only six points in 29 minutes during Game 2, Chalmers finished Game 3 with 14 points on 4-of-6 shooting from the field with four assists, one rebound and one steal.
