Nets’ Reggie Evans gets tooth knocked out (VIDEO)

Brooklyn Nets forward Reggie Evans is a tough player. He’s known for his defensive ability and rebounding skills, and now the veteran is also for his knack of taking a hit. Evans had his tooth knocked out following an unintentional head but from Charlotte Bobcats guard Michael Kidd-Gilchrist yesterday.

Here’s a look at the even as it happened:

Evans continued to play through the next possession, before the officials had to stop the game because of the blood coming out of his mouth.

If that wasn’t enough, Evans came off the court and placed his dislodged tooth on the scorer’s table in from of the announcers. You can hear Ian Eagle’s general disgust in the video above.
