Knicks Expect Rasheed Wallace And Others to Return For Playoffs

The New York Knicks have been plagued with injuries but have still managed to close the season out strong. With the playoffs creeping close, the return of any of the injured players would be a huge boost for the Knicks. Rasheed Wallace, who has been out since December 13th, is one of the few expected to make a return according to Adam Zagoria of ZagsBlog.
“I think anything from 10-15 minutes, Rasheed being on the floor would be a positive for our ballclub,” Knicks coach Mike Woodson said.
Wallace has been running lately in drills and how early he returns for the playoffs depends on how he performs in practice Monday. At age 38, Wallace has helped the Knicks with 7.2 points per game to go with 4.2 rebounds.

Tyson Chandler and Kenyon Martin will not play Sunday but are also expected to play in the playoffs for the Knicks. As for Amar'e Stoudemire, the team would love to have him back but there is still no timetable for when he will be able to play.
