Lakers' Kobe Bryant Back in Starting Lineup

Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant is one of the most durable players in the league today. He's managed to thrive under pain and injury and will do so again Friday night. After going down with a sprained left ankle which was labelled "severe", many believed Bryant would miss game time, at least a couple of games. The Black Mamba and the Lakers have other plans.
The Los Angeles Lakers look to secure a playoff berth as the season winds down. They currently sit at the eighth seed with the slightest of marginal advantage over the Utah Jazz. Kobe has been playing well and he is essentially driving this team towards victory as he's done in the past.

Usually, when a player suffers a reported "severe" sprained ankle, they take time to heal, say a couple of weeks before they come back. Even with Kobe Bryant and his noted resiliency, some believed that he would miss even a couple of games. But the Black Mamba does not seem to rest, and he's back on the court  Friday night to help get the Lakers another win.
