Stephen Curry is a tough little guy. He got swatted to the court like a fly, got up, got popped in the head, and got up again. All this came a the hands of Roy Hibbert of the Indiana Pacers. Hibbert got into a shoving match with David Lee, but both teams quickly got involved.
As you can see, Curry wanted a piece of the action, but Roy Hibbert wanted nothing to do with Curry. Curry was standing up for his teammate, but he may eventually find himself fined for his action. We know Hibbert will be suspended and likely fined.
This is exactly the type of thing the NBA is trying to avoid. As they get fans closer and closer to the action, the league must ensure the safety of those fans. Once again, a shoving match spilled into the crowd area. Expect a decent suspension for Hibbert from this.
