The Milwaukee Bucks are reported to be interested in Orlando Magics' guard J.J. Redick. Redick's contract will terminate at season's end. Marc Stein of ESPN tweeted about it.
It should be noted that Redick is currently out with a shoulder injury.

Weekend Dime addendum: Milwaukee now in mix for Magic's JJ Redick. Bucks, I'm told, assessing their ability to retain sharpshooter long term

To meet asking price for Redick -- expiring(s) and a future first-round pick -- Bucks naturally wanna know they can retain free agent-to-beWith the Magic in the rebuilding phase combined with Redick having one his best statistical seasons, the Magic may not want to match Redick's market value come free agency. With his play this season, his value could bring in some good assets for the Magic moving forward. However, in another tweet later on by Stein, it appears as if Redick would rather stay in Orlando. For how much less, if any, could only be told by time if the opportunity even arises.

Redick did tell @realgm this week that ORL has "become a home" & that he'd like to stay if Magic end up passing on all these calls coming inAs for the Bucks, they are currently the eight seed in the Eastern Conference with a four-game cushion. Redick could provide enough of an offensive boost to move them up a couple of spots and secure a playoff berth.
