Fisher was sidelined for last night’s matchup against the
Miami Heat, and he will also miss tonight’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies
and Sunday’s matchup with the San Antonio Spurs. Dallas’ next contest comes on
Thursday against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Prior to his injury, Fisher had averaged 27.9 minutes per
night while only shooting 35.5 percent from the field. In place of the veteran the
Mavericks are expected to turn to backup point guard Darren Collison.
