The Milwaukee Bucks will be without one of their bench players on Tuesday night when they take on the Indiana Pacers. Joel Przybilla will not be missing time because of an injury. Instead, he will be serving a one-game suspension for his actions Saturday night.
According to Charles F. Gardner of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Przybilla's suspension was announced yesterday. He threw a ball in Saturday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers that hit a referee. He will serve his suspension Tuesday night.
The moment of frustration from Przybilla will cause him to miss time, but it shouldn't be a big loss for the Bucks. Milwaukee is 12-10 this season, and Przybilla has been virtually a non-factor all season long. In fact, he is averaging just 0.2 points per game and 1.9 rebounds per game.
Przybilla is in his 13th NBA season. In his career, he has averaged 3.9 points per game and 6.2 rebounds per game. He is getting the fewest minutes of his his career so far this season at 6.4 per game.
