The Los Angeles Lakers have recently inquired on free agent
guard Mickael Pietrus and are also interested in Raja Bell of the Utah Jazz,
reports Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports.

Pietrus is a free agent, while Bell could hit the open
market if he reaches a buyout agreement with the Jazz.
Pietrus scored 6.9 points a game off the bench for the Boston
Celtics last season while averaging 21.9 minutes. Bell scored 6.4 points a game
while playing 23.4 minutes per game for the Jazz last season.
The Lakers pulled even on the year at 7-7 with their blowout
victory against a Dirk Nowitzki-less Dallas Mavericks team last night. Still,
the team has struggled early and is looking for outside options to add to the
roster.
